This is that part of our plein air easel that holds the painting panel. The male part of out super light weight tripod screws onto the Panel holder and then will fit into the female "Quick Release" part of the tripod head. This makes setting up the tripod very easy and fast. It holds the oil painting panel in place. You can order what ever size Panel Holder you want to go with the Plein Air System you are ordering. (If you want a Mini Panel Holder with a Compact size Palette) Note: the plates on the panel holders come with the tripods and not the panel holders if ordered separately).
